The tour departs from the town of Chachapoyas, the tour includes a pick up from your hotel, any hotel within the city, even if lodging in our hotel “Kuelap Guest House”.

To visit Gocta Waterfall, it’s essential to prepare in advance and keep the following in mind. The hike takes 5-6 hours in total (round trip) and can be demanding, so it’s important to wear comfortable clothing, hiking shoes, bottled water, sunscreen, and insect repellent. It’s also recommended to bring a raincoat or jacket, as the weather can be unpredictable.

It can be visited year-round, although during the rainy season (December to April) you can appreciate it in all its splendor.
