- Peruvian citizens and foreigners must present: Seniors: Valid or expired
- DNI, driver’s license, or passport Minors: Valid
- DNI, passport, original birth certificate, or certified copy.
- To enter Peru, both minors and adults must present valid identification.
This will depend on several factors, such as your country of origin, airline connections, and recent stays in endemic or at-risk areas. Therefore, we recommend checking in advance with the consulate or embassy of the country you’re traveling to and confirming whether you need vaccination for travel. Remember that regulations can change at any time and are determined by each country.
*As of February 7, 2022, a yellow fever vaccination card is mandatory for travel to Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, and Venezuela.
If you have any dietary restrictions, you must inform us at the time of your reservation, or call us at the contact phone numbers or by other means up to 24 hours before the tour begins. Remember that this service is included in most tours or tourist packages.
- If you are traveling with children under 3 years old, they may sit on the lap of a parent or guardian. If they wish to use a seat, an additional cost will apply depending on the destination.
- Tour costs for children: Applies to children from 3 to 17 years old, with the right to a seat and use of all services included in the tour. Please ensure they are on the same reservation as the responsible adults, as this will allow us to identify and assign them adjacent seats (side by side).
- Important: Regarding the gondola service, everyone is required to purchase tickets, including newborns and infants (under 3 years old). If applicable, you must coordinate in advance with your travel agent or guide so that the purchase can be made with the rest of the passengers.

If you wish to choose a new date.
- You can make the change free of charge, as long as you travel to the same destination and on the same type of trip booked. You have up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date of your tour to change the date.
- You can resume your reservation and travel under the same conditions, as long as the change is made within the current year.
- To make the change, have your reservation number or code ready and contact your travel agent. Make your change now.
If you prefer not to travel and request a refund.
- You can request a refund by sending an email to gerencia@kuelapadventure.com which will be answered and confirmed by the same means.
